2 Berries Workout Smoothie

Have you just finished a workout? Are you looking for that easy satisfying smoothie to comfort your tummy? Rise up and join me!

Berries..Berries! Go get them now! This smoothie is creamy, fruity and extremely well-balanced. This recipe will make you feel good in and out and provide your body fibre, vitamins (folate-B9 and more), manganeze (importante to make your bones stronger), antioxidants (ex: arotenoids).

Working out is part of my daily routine and everyday I exercise about one hour. Whether I go running or choose online workouts, it all ends up or starts with a big coup of a smoothie. This one in particular, I’ve prepared so many times that I almost lost count! And you know what? It always makes me feel so happy and full. Go to your kitchen (all sweaty and sticky!) and DRINK UP!mmmm…..

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup of blueberries
  2. 1/2 of blackberries
  3. 1/2 cup of almond milk (soy milk, oat milk or cow's milk)
  4. 1/2 of water
  5. 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds
  6. 2-3 tablespoons of oats
Add ingredients to shopping list

Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients for 2-3 min, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour over your glass and enjoy IT!
Notes
  1. Add some ice cubs!
